How to pre-order your Photo Package:

Find your school or sports team at the top of this page and you will land on the ordering page.

Search for your child’s name in the subject name field. Please select the correct name – TIP: We advise you to search by last name and avoid nicknames or abbreviated first names not being visible (Kate / Katherine etc.)

  1. The PASSWORD field is NOT required.

  2. Enter your email address.

  3. There are three tabs to choose from in the store: Packages (Best Value) / Prints (individual) / Products

  4. PHOTO RETOUCHING is a popular choice and is available on All Packages with the word RETOUCHED (See retouching note below)

  5. The website will be closed after the published deadline date.

  6. There is NO DELIVERY CHARGE for pre-orders.

  7. Print Package: D + E INCLUDE the HIGH-RESOLUTION Digital

  8. *SIBLING DISCOUNTS: 10% on all Pre-Orders:

  • Siblings: Use Promo Code: SIBLING at checkout

  • Siblings must have SEPARATE orders and you should follow these same steps on all Sibling orders.  (This is essential so that the photo studio can match up your order to your child’s picture)

  1. Please allow up to 5 weeks after Picture Day to deliver your order.

PHOTO RETOUCHING Note:

  1. Photo retouching is a popular choice. The lab will address skin blemishes, soften skin, and remove fly hair.

  2. If you would like photo retouching, you must choose a package with retouching included.

  3. If you decide that you would like retouching after receiving your package, you have the option to reorder the package with retouching included or sign up for a retake.

FAQ:

  • Can I see my child’s picture before I order?

    • We advise to pre-order your package because you will have an option for a retake and/or a full refund if you are not happy with the outcome of your pictures. Pre-order packages are also discounted. But if you would prefer to wait to see before you buy, please send an email to help@schoolypics.com to request the link to view your child’s picture. If you order after, you will incur a delivery fee because the package will be sent directly to your home address.

  • I ordered the wrong package and I’d like the photo retouching option.

    • If you catch this before the order cutoff date, please reorder the correct package and request a refund by emailing help@schoolypics.com

  • I missed the cut-off date. Can I still order?

    • Yes, but only after completing the retakes and shipping all pre-paid orders.

  • My child missed Picture Day.

    • No problem. They can sign up for Retake Day

  • My child missed Picture Day AND Retake Day!

    • In this rare situation, the studio will offer another chance for students who missed both days to have their picture taken at the studio (in Sudbury)
